BidScopes is a private, subscription-based information service owned and operated by SSTECH Salem Commercials Pvt. Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. BidScopes is not a government website, and it is not a government department, ministry, agency, statutory body, e-procurement portal, trade association or registered association of any kind.
2. No affiliation or endorsement
BidScopes and SSTECH Salem Commercials Pvt. Ltd. are not owned by, affiliated with, connected to, authorised, licensed, endorsed or sponsored by the Government of India, any State or Union Territory Government, the National Informatics Centre (NIC), the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), any State e-procurement portal, Indian Railways (IREPS), any public sector undertaking, or any tendering authority. Names of government bodies and portals are used only to identify the source of publicly available information. All trademarks and names belong to their respective owners.
3. Source of information
BidScopes is an independent aggregator of publicly published government tender records. Tender notices, corrigenda, results, award details, bidder names and quoted amounts shown on BidScopes are compiled from information published publicly by government departments and portals, or from documents published by tendering authorities. BidScopes does not have access to any confidential, unpublished or bid-protected information and does not obtain information through any official arrangement unless expressly stated. Coverage varies by portal: many departments do not publish bidder lists or quoted prices, so bidder, L1/L2/L3, win and award figures are shown only where published and may be incomplete. Values are shown as published by the source; nothing is estimated.
4. Official source prevails
The information is provided "as is" for general information only. It may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the tendering authority after publication. In case of any difference, the official portal and the tender documents issued by the tendering authority prevail. Users must verify all details, including dates, eligibility, corrigenda, values and results, on the official portal before taking any action.
5. No bidding and no guarantee
Bids can be submitted only on the official portal of the tendering authority. BidScopes does not accept, submit or process bids, does not act as an agent of any tendering authority, and does not guarantee the award of any tender or contract. Subscription fees are paid only for access to this information service and are not fees, deposits or charges of any government body.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SSTECH Salem Commercials Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, information on this website, including any error, omission, delay or unavailability.
7. Corrections and contact
